What I did:
Helped to create the Customer Experience at Dinamize, a company specialized in Email Marketing (SaaS) and leader in the Brazilian Market.
When I was brought on board to help design the new Mail2Easy Pro (Dinamize's all-new application), I had no idea of all the other things I was going to help change in the company. And I feel very proud of all the improvements I help to make possible.

Every little bit of user experience related creation needed, I was a part of. The new website, better emails, new material to help the support team, lots of marketing designs (both digital and printing) for the sales team, all part of the gigantic number of pieces that I was careful enough to turn into a cohesive experience.
Print: folders, ads and sales team contract
A picture that resumes my work at Dinamize. Everything in this picture was designed by me: the stand decoration, the presentation on the screens, the bags, the folders, the software that was being sold (with my pal, Renato Rosa), the commercial documentation that was being used to close new deals. Good times.
Customer support: welcome emails and training ebooks
Seriously, so much stuff...
Email templates, landing pages, infographics, newsletters (about a billion of those), invitations, logo design... There was absolutely nothing I didn't face it.
The success of Dinamize with the new Mail2Easy Pro and the following of the work I have done during the time I was there, made the hard work and dedication worth it.
