Health Ministry Portal
As Creative and Innovation Director at Oficina I often find myself with chaotic and time challenging tasks. One of them was the migration of the Health Ministry portal to the new Brazilian Government Digital Identity.
Me and my team were given 72 hours and a very limited CMS to complete the migration of the biggest portal of all Brazilian ministries.
Leading the design team, I focused on redesigning the home page by organizing the main topics and services for the population. The architecture for the navigation menu was also rebuilt, a task that required me synchronize the designers work with developers and system administrators.
